Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety according to our flower inventory. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or lilies, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
We all love our furbabies and they are an important part of your family. Our designers keep abreast of what flowers, greens and other fillers are harmful to our four legged family members. This is very similar to the Pet Friendly Designer's Choice in that you decide what size arrangement that you wish to have us make for you but the difference is that we won't put anything in it that is harmful to cats or dogs. All you have to decide is your price point and it will be made of fresh flowers and greens and a beautiful glass vase.
