If you aren't completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, we'll do everything we can to make it right. As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order that we deliver on your behalf. You however, as the proud owner of the arrangement, must remember not to set your flowers in the hot sun and you must add water everyday. Freshcut flowers drink a lot of water and will dry out quickly if you do not! If you are not satisfied with the purchased product within reason, we will send a replacement or you will receive a credit for purchase price to be used at anytime during the upcoming 6 months.
