Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety according to our flower inventory. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or lilies, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
An assortment of large hydrangea, lilies, seeded eucalyptus and blue roses create a beautiful memorial for your loved one's Urn. (FYI: We do not sell urns.) In this display we have added a football but you may also request a basketball or baseball. If you have a special item that can be attached to the arrangement, we are happy to build this so that a place is saved for it's display, You will need to provided the special item before delivery or at delivery.
Delivery Information
Same Day Delivery is available only within North Alabama, including cities such as Athens, Huntsville, Madison, and Rogersville, AL.
