Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety according to our flower inventory. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or lilies, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
1) Seeded eucalyptus is intergrated in this soft bouquet of David Austin roses. These special high end roses are special order and are more expensive than our typical
fresh high grade roses.
2) This is an example of a smaller size bouquet with orange garden roses and orange lilies with Astrantia and seeded eucalyptus.
3) This example is a gorgeous soft spring smaller bouquet of delfinium, lilies and roses.
4) This free spirit wildflower look bouquet is larger and while not really cascading, it does have eucalyptus and other greens that give it that free spirit look.
